الوصف الوظيفي – محلل أعمال (التجربة الرقمية)

المسؤوليات:

• تحديد الأنشطة، الإرشادات، النماذج وقوائم التتبع لضمان أن المخرجات تلبي احتياجات العميل والمعايير الصناعية.

• جمع وتحليل متطلبات العملاء من خلال ورش العمل، العصف الذهني، النماذج المصورة، أو الاستبيانات.

• صياغة وتحسين المتطلبات عبر نمذجة حالات الاستخدام، العمليات التجارية، وتحديد مستخدمي النظام لفهم الوظائف المطلوبة.

• إعداد وثيقة مواصفات متطلبات النظام (SRS) متضمنة مخططات الاستخدام، الوصف الوظيفي، وتدفقات العمليات.

• إنشاء مصفوفة تتبع لضمان تغطية جميع المتطلبات في مراحل المشروع.

• إجراء مراجعات نظرية لوثائق SRS لضمان دقتها وامتثالها لمعايير STS.

• إدارة عملية تغيير المتطلبات ومتابعتها أثناء دورة حياة المشروع.

المتطلبات:

• درجة بكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.

• خبرة 0–2 سنوات في مجال خدمات البرمجيات.

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة، قراءة، محادثة).

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي مواقف معقدة.

• الدافعية الذاتية والقدرة على التعلم المستمر.

Job Description – Business Analyst (Digital Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Define activities, guidelines, templates, and traceability matrices to ensure deliverables meet client needs and industry standards.

• Gather and analyze client requirements through workshops, storyboarding, and questionnaires.

• Refine and document requirements using use-case modeling, business process modeling, and system actor definitions.

• Prepare the Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document with detailed system requirements, process flows, and descriptions.

• Create a traceability matrix to ensure all requirements are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct peer reviews of SRSs to ensure completeness and compliance with STS standards.

• Manage the Requirements Change Management process for system definition updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related IT field.

• 0–2 years of experience in Software Services.

• Proficiency in English & Arabic (writing, reading, conversation).

• Ability to work under pressure and challenging scenarios.

• Self-motivated with strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Ability to collect, understand, and translate business requirements into technical documentation.

• سجل ثابت في تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف توليد العملاء المحتملين والتوقعات وأهداف توليد الطلب.

• خبرة سنتين في تطوير الأعمال/ تطوير المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في منتجات SaaS.

Job Description:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international software sales.

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calling and email interactions.

• Prospecting new customers through lead generation, follow-up, and cold calling.

• Strong track record of B2B sales at the corporate level with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

• Preparing business proposals, working closely with the internal team, and following up to close deals & payment collection.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven inside sales experience – email campaigns and maintaining high call volumes daily.

• Graduate/Postgraduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Consistent track record in meeting and exceeding lead generation, forecasting targets, and demand generation objectives.

• 2 years of Business Development/Sales Development experience, preferably SaaS products.
