تطوير رسومات تفصيلية لأنظمة الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP) باستخدام برامج CAD، مع ضمان الدقة والالتزام بمواصفات المشروع والمعايير الصناعية.
التعاون مع المهندسين وأصحاب المصلحة لفهم متطلبات المشروع وتطبيق التعديلات التصميمية بشكل فعال في الرسومات.
إعداد وصيانة مجموعات رسومات MEP شاملة، تشمل المخططات والأقسام والارتفاعات والتفاصيل الخاصة بالبناء وتراخيص المشاريع.
مراجعة دقيقة للرسومات للكشف عن التعارضات والاختلافات والمشاكل المحتملة وحلها قبل بدء التنفيذ.
إعداد جداول وكشوف المواد (BOM) بدقة تعكس كميات ومواصفات مكونات أنظمة MEP.
التنسيق مع التخصصات الأخرى (المعمارية، الهيكلية) لضمان دمج سلس لأنظمة MEP ضمن التصميم العام للمبنى.

Job Description & Responsibilities

Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate design changes effectively into the drawings.
Create and maintain comprehensive MEP drawing sets, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, for construction and permit applications.
Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to identify and resolve conflicts, discrepancies, and potential issues before construction commences.
Prepare bills of materials (BOMs) and schedules, accurately reflecting the quantities and specifications of MEP components.
Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, structural) to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall building design.
Assist in site visits and inspections to verify the accuracy of drawings and provide on-site support to address any design-related concerns.
Stay updated on the latest industry codes, regulations, and technological advancements related to the field.
