الوصف الوظيفي – مصمم جرافيك / أخصائي تسويق رقمي وهوية تجارية

المهام والمسؤوليات:

التسويق الرقمي

• إدارة وتحسين حسابات الشركة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (إنستغرام، فيسبوك، تويتر، لينكدإن) لزيادة ظهور المحتوى.

• تخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات للوصول إلى الجمهور المستهدف عبر القنوات المناسبة (السوشيال ميديا، البريد الإلكتروني).

• إنشاء، تحرير، ونشر محتوى يومي (نصوص، صور، فيديوهات).

• إطلاق إعلانات ممولة عبر Google Adwords، فيسبوك، وإنستغرام لتعزيز الوعي بالعلامة التجارية.

الهوية التجارية والتصميم

• تصميم وتنفيذ المواد المطبوعة الخاصة بالشركة (بروفايل الشركة، بروشورات، أوراق رسمية...).

• تصميم الهدايا الترويجية (أقلام، حقائب هدايا، وغيرها).

• المشاركة في تصميم وتنظيم المعارض.

• تحديث وإدارة تصميمات الموقع الإلكتروني للشركة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة بكالوريوس (شرط أساسي).

• خبرة لا تقل عن 1–2 سنوات في مجال التسويق الرقمي أو السوشيال ميديا.

• خبرة في بناء استراتيجية محتوى لعلامة تجارية وتنفيذها.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

• Optimize and manage the company’s social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

• Plan and execute initiatives to reach target audiences via social media and email campaigns.

• Generate, edit, and publish daily content (text, images, videos).

• Launch optimized online ads (Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand awareness.

Branding & Design

• Design and execute company printables (Company Profile, Flyers, Letterheads, etc.).

• Design promotional gifts (pens, gift bags, and more).

• Design and arrange exhibitions and related materials.

• Manage and update the company’s website design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related fields.

• Proven experience in building and executing social media strategies for brands.

• Stay up to date with social media best practices and create optimised edits for engagement.

• Incorporate motion graphics, typography, and effects while maintaining visual consistency.

• Optimise video content for multiple platforms (social media, websites, ads).

• Manage editing timelines, versions, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

• Maintain an organised media library and efficient post-production workflow.
