Job Title: Business Development Manager, Thermal Management - EMEA

• Location: Remote candidates residing in Great Britain, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Austria, or Switzerland only

Responsibilities:

• Manage large accounts and develop account plans aligned with thermal management strategies

• Build strong relationships and networks with partners and strategic customers

• Identify and develop new opportunities in liquid cooling of electronics applications

• Negotiate and manage business agreements and pricing contracts

• Conduct regular product training sessions for partners and customers

• Develop strategies for product penetration and expansion in the thermal management network

• Perform Voice of Customer (VOC) research to identify needs, competitive advantages, and market opportunities

• Utilize CRM to manage opportunities and large accounts

Duties:

• Serve as a Behavioral Health Consultant at the Naval Branch Health Clinic Bahrain under the Directorate of Behavioral Health and Mental Health.

• Assess acute mental health and behavioral medicine conditions in beneficiaries.

• Provide treatment through targeted and efficient initial and follow-up appointments.

• Perform biopsychosocial evaluations with expert clinical and health psychology knowledge.

• Assist primary care providers in treating patients with high-risk factors such as suicide, trauma history, and substance use disorders.

• Review clinical records and monitor objective instrument administration and scoring for quality assurance.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate professional development activities and coordinate in-service training related to PCBH.

Conditions of Employment:
