الوصف الوظيفي:

• إدارة المطبخ خلال فترة الدوام، إعداد وتتبيل وتزيين الأطباق حسب قائمة الطعام وطلبات الزبائن بكفاءة عالية.

• توزيع المهام والإشراف على فريق المطبخ والتنسيق مع فريق استقبال الزبائن.

• تقديم تقارير مباشرة إلى مدير المطعم أو رئيس الطهاة بخصوص جدول العمل والطلبات وأي مشاكل تواجه الفريق.

• التأكد من تسليم كل المعلومات المهمة للطاهي القادم في الشفت التالي.

• دعم الطهاة أثناء فترات عدم الدوام حسب الحاجة.

• الحفاظ على معايير عالية في جودة الطعام، الطعم، السلامة، والنظافة.

• متابعة عمليات المطبخ، فحص المخزون، طلب المستلزمات، وصيانة المعدات.

• مراقبة جودة المكونات لتقليل الهدر والتحكم في التكاليف.

• ضمان تقديم تجربة طعام ممتازة للزبائن من حيث الطعم والعرض، والاستفادة من ملاحظات فريق استقبال الزبائن.

Job Description:

• Act as the main chef for the shift responsible for preparing, seasoning, and decorating meals as per the standard menu and customer orders efficiently and timely.

• Delegate and supervise kitchen staff tasks and coordinate with FOH to ensure all work is done as required.

• Directly report to the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager/Head Chef regarding working schedules, staff availability, food orders, and any shift issues.

• Ensure proper handover of all important information to the next shift chef.

• Provide effective support to off-duty staff for critical restaurant operation needs.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, safety, and cleanliness at all times.

• Oversee shift operations including inventory checking, material requests, equipment maintenance, and presentation of dishes.

• Conduct regular ingredient inspections to maintain quality and control food waste and costs.

• Ensure customers receive an exceptional dining experience through taste and presentation and regularly update based on FOH feedback.

يبحث عميلنا عن خبراء في هندسة البترول وإدارة المكامن، ممن يمتلكون خبرة 25 سنة فما فوق، للعمل من مقر الشركة في البحرين ضمن دور مكتبي. تتركز مسؤوليات العمل على تحسين أداء المكامن، تعزيز الإنتاج، تنفيذ خطط تدخل الآبار وتطوير الحقول. سيعمل المستشار بشكل وثيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج وضمان القيمة ودعم تطوير الأصول طويل الأمد.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

أ. دعم هندسة المكامن والإنتاج:

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مراقبة أداء الآبار والمكامن.

• تحديد فرص تعزيز الإنتاج عبر تدخلات الآبار.

• إعداد ومراجعة مقترحات تدخل الآبار، خاصة للآبار المغلقة.

• إجراء تحليلات العقدة، ونمذجة أداء التدفق، وتحسين الرفع الصناعي.

ب. ضمان القيمة والمراجعات التقنية:

• قيادة أو المشاركة في مراجعات ضمان القيمة للنظام الجوفي وتطبيقات التكنولوجيا.

• التحقق من صحة نماذج المكامن الديناميكية، التوقعات الإنتاجية، والتقييمات الاقتصادية.

• تقديم الخبرة الفنية في استراتيجيات تحسين استرداد النفط مثل الاسترداد المعزز (EOR) وإدارة المياه في المكامن (WRM).

ج. تكامل الحفر والإكمال:

• التعاون مع فريق الحفر لتحديد أهداف الآبار والمتطلبات الوظيفية.

• تقييم وتوصية بتصاميم إكمال الآبار الملائمة.

• ضمان سلامة الآبار والامتثال للمعايير في جميع المشاريع الجديدة.

د. تطوير الحقول وإدارة المياه:

Job Vacancy: Petroleum Engineering and Reservoir Management Experts

About the Company:

Visuna is a specialized consultancy providing expert-level support in petroleum engineering and reservoir management, focusing on enhancing reservoir performance and optimizing field development plans in the Gulf region.

Job Description:

Our client seeks petroleum engineering and reservoir management experts with 25+ years of experience to work onsite in Bahrain in an office-based role. Responsibilities include enhancing reservoir performance, optimizing production, executing well interventions, and field development plans. The consultant will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve production targets, ensure value assurance, and support long-term asset development.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Reservoir & Production Engineering Support:

• Develop and implement surveillance strategies for monitoring well and reservoir performance.

• Identify production enhancement opportunities via well interventions.

• Prepare and review well intervention proposals, especially for shut-in wells.

• Conduct nodal analysis, inflow performance modeling, and artificial lift optimization.

B. Value Assurance & Technical Reviews:

• Lead or contribute to Value Assurance Reviews (VARs) for subsurface and technology deployment.

• Validate dynamic reservoir models, production forecasts, and economic assessments.

• Provide technical expertise on Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), Improved Oil Recovery (IOR), and Waterflood Reservoir Management (WRM).

C. Drilling & Completion Integration:

• Collaborate with drilling teams to define well objectives and functional requirements.

• Evaluate and recommend fit-for-purpose well completion designs.

• Ensure well integrity and compliance with standards in new well developments.

D. Field Development & WRM:

• Participate in field development and water management planning to enhance economic performance.
