Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, turnarounds, and shutdowns.

• Hands-on work with static equipment: pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pipelines, storage tanks.

• Expertise with rotating equipment: pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes.

• Conduct and supervise inspections using NDT techniques (UT, RT, PT).

• Utilize condition-based monitoring: vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis.

• Manage maintenance projects including equipment overhauls and modifications.

• Review engineering designs and specifications for compliance with standards.

• Use SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) for planning, scheduling, and execution.

• Conduct risk assessments and participate in safety audits and incident investigations.

• Maintain equipment history and work orders, analyze maintenance data for reliability improvement.

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Deep understanding of HSE regulations and industry standards (API, ASME, ISO).

• تنفيذ والإشراف على الفحوصات باستخدام تقنيات NDT (UT، RT، PT).

• استخدام تقنيات المراقبة القائمة على الحالة مثل تحليل الاهتزاز، التصوير الحراري، تحليل الزيت.

• إدارة مشاريع الصيانة بما في ذلك تحديث المعدات وإجراء التعديلات.

• مراجعة التصاميم الهندسية والمواصفات لضمان الالتزام بالمعايير.

• استخدام SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) للتخطيط، الجدولة، والتنفيذ.

• إجراء تقييمات المخاطر والمشاركة في تدقيقات السلامة والتحقيقات في الحوادث.

• متابعة سجلات المعدات وأوامر العمل، وتحليل بيانات الصيانة لتحسين الموثوقية.
