• مهارات تقنية: إجادة AutoCAD، MS Office، وأدوات إدارة المشاريع

• فهم قوي لمواد وتقنيات البناء وعمليات التشطيب

• معرفة بالعقود وعمليات الشراء والميزانية

• مهارات تحليلية قوية والانتباه للتفاصيل

Job Description:
Discovery Development Co. W.L.L. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with expertise in fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and a solid network of suppliers and vendors. This role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring quality and timely project completion, and maintaining effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site supervision and execution

2. BOQ preparation and cost management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
