الهدف من الوظيفة

توسيع وجود الشركة في قطاع المدفوعات من خلال بيع الحلول المبتكرة لعملاء جدد وحاليين.
يتطلب الدور مزيجًا من مهارات المبيعات الاستشارية لإغلاق الصفقات وتحقيق الإيرادات، إضافةً إلى تنمية الحسابات القائمة عبر البيع الإضافي (Upsell)، البيع المتقاطع (Cross-sell)، التجديدات، وبيع المنتجات الجديدة.
كما يتطلب الدور قدرة قوية على التواصل وقيادة المفاوضات مع الإدارات العليا (C-level) وإدارة دورات المبيعات المعقدة مع العملاء الكبار.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

• قيادة دورة المبيعات الكاملة من التواصل الأولي حتى الإغلاق، مع توجيه جميع أصحاب المصلحة خلال عمليات البيع الاستشارية المعقدة.

• اتباع نهج مزدوج يجمع بين إدارة الحسابات (Farming) وتطوير الأعمال الجديدة (Hunting) لتنمية قاعدة العملاء في قطاع المدفوعات.

• تعزيز قيمة العملاء مدى الحياة من خلال Upsell، Cross-sell، التجديدات، وبيع حلول الأمان الجديدة في مجال المدفوعات.

• إثبات خبرة سابقة في تطوير أسواق جديدة ضمن مجالي المدفوعات والفنتك.

متطلبات أساسية

• مهارات قوية في توليد الإيرادات والمبيعات الاستشارية.

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة دورات المبيعات المعقدة مع شركات كبرى.

• قدرة على التواصل الفعّال مع كبار التنفيذيين.

Key Responsibilities:
