موجز الوظيفة:
دور فني ورشة الإكمال هو الحفاظ على جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالورشة لدعم عمليات أدوات الإكمال وLiner Hangers.

المسؤوليات والصلاحيات:

• الحفاظ على جرد وصيانة جميع المنتجات.

• تجهيز ورشة أدوات الإكمال بكل المعدات اللازمة لتلبية متطلبات العملاء.

• دعم يومي لفريق العمليات في الاجتماعات والتخطيط.

• اتباع نظام إدارة الجودة في جميع أنشطة الورشة مثل الاستلام، الشحن، الفحص، التركيب/العزم، اختبار الضغط، التوثيق، وغيرها حسب الإجراءات والمعايير المعتمدة من NOV والعملاء.

• تحسين مستمر لزيادة جودة خدمة العملاء.

• دعم تصنيع وتجميع المنتجات الجديدة.

• ضمان مشاركة جميع الأفراد المؤهلين وفق نظام الكفاءة في العمل بالورشة.

• تدريب الموظفين الجدد لدى NOV.

• العمل كمرشد للمتدربين الجدد في أنشطة الورشة والتجميع.

المهارات والسلوكيات المطلوبة:

• خبرة عملية مثبتة في جميع أنشطة الورشة.

• خلفية قوية في عمليات النفط والغاز.

• معرفة فعالية التنظيم.

• معرفة أنظمة الشركة وعمليات الورشة والتشغيل.

• مهارات التواصل والعمل الجماعي.

الخبرة والتعليم:

• مجال النفط والغاز أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة أنشطة الورشة.

• خبرة في معدات Liner Hangers وعمليات الإكمال.

Sr Workshop Technician

Location: Manama
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
The Completion workshop technician role is to maintain all workshop-related activities to support Completion tools & Liner Hangers operations.

Responsibilities/Accountability & Authority:

• Maintain inventory count & maintenance across all products.

• Arrange and equip Completion tools workshop with all necessary equipment to meet client requirements.

• Daily support to operations team meetings & planning.

• Follow QMS on all workshop activities such as Receiving, Dispatching, Inspecting, Make up/Torque, Pressure test, Documenting, etc. per NOV and client standards.

• Continuous improvement to increase quality of customer service.

• Support manufacturing assembly of new products.

• Ensure all qualified personnel per competency system are involved in the workshop.

• Provide training of new NOV hired personnel.

• Act as mentor for new trainees for workshop & assembly activity.

Behavioral Skills/Competencies & Experience Required:

• Demonstrate work experience for all workshop-related activity.

• Proven solid Oil and Gas operations background.

• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness.

• Knowledge of company systems.

• Knowledge of company workshop/operation processes.

• Communication and teamwork skills.

Experience/Education/Skill-set Required:

• Oil and Gas or related field.

• 5 years' experience in maintaining workshop activities.

• Liner Hangers & Completions equipment experience.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة بكالوريوس (مطلوب)
