Job Description:

• Be familiar with the project’s contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures, along with any relevant updates.

• Have sound knowledge and experience in relevant Ministry of Works and Authority construction standards.

• Ensure the contractor's compliance with the standards and specifications in the contract documents.

• Undertake all site supervision and inspections as required or instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE).

• Liaise and follow up daily with the contractor to ensure effective management of resources, health and safety, and equipment on site.

• Prepare daily reports to the RE or ARE, including work orders, materials delivery, records of contractor manpower and equipment, and daily inspection programs.
