مطلوب وظيفة: Resident Civil Engineer (مهندس مدني مقيم)

الوصف الوظيفي:
تسعى شركة المسكن للاستشارات الهندسية لتوظيف مهندس مدني مقيم ذو خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة للإشراف على تنفيذ مشروع في مملكة البحرين تحت عقود وزارة الإسكان. سيكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف اليومي على الموقع وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال طبقاً للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات الفنية والالتزامات التعاقدية، بالإضافة إلى إعداد تقارير فنية منتظمة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف الكامل على الأعمال المدنية في الموقع.

• مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات.

• ضمان التزام المقاول بمعايير الجودة والجداول الزمنية.

• إعداد وتقديم التقارير الفنية اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية.

• التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والأطراف المعنية.

• متابعة أنشطة الاختبارات وضمان الامتثال للمعايير.

• تحديد والانتباه لأي انحرافات فنية وتقديم التوصيات.

• حضور اجتماعات الموقع الدورية وتقديم الملاحظات.

المؤهلات:

• بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية من جامعة معترف بها.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في الإشراف على مشاريع إنشائية كبيرة.

• خبرة مثبتة كمهندس مقيم أو مهندس إشراف أول.

• معرفة قوية بالرموز والمواصفات الدولية للبناء.

• مهارات عالية في إعداد التقارير واستخدام برامج هندسية مثل AutoCAD و MS Project.

• مهارات قيادة وإدارة فريق قوية، والقدرة على العمل تحت ضغط الموقع.

• يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في مشاريع كبرى في دولة الإمارات.

Job Vacancy: Resident Civil Engineer

Job Description:
Almaskan Engineering Consultants is seeking to hire a highly experienced Resident Civil Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience to supervise the execution of a project in the Kingdom of Bahrain, under contracts awarded by the Ministry of Housing. The engineer will be responsible for daily site supervision and ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and contractual obligations, as well as regular technical reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full supervision of civil works at the project site.

• Review of shop drawings and verification of compliance with specifications.

• Ensure the contractor adheres to quality standards and project timelines.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Monitor testing activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Identify and report technical deviations and provide recommendations.

• Attend regular site meetings and submit observations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• Minimum of 15 years proven experience in supervising large-scale construction projects.

• Demonstrated experience as a Resident Engineer or Senior Supervision Engineer.

• Strong knowledge of international building codes and technical specifications.

• Excellent reporting skills and proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Project.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work under site pressure.

• Preference for candidates with prior experience in major projects in the UAE.
