About the Role:

Sayres is seeking a Metrics and Data Analyst to support LCS Maintenance Training in Bahrain. This role is located in Manama, offering year-round opportunities to enjoy the Gulf’s warm waters and outdoor activities. Bahrain’s culture, particularly the Manama Souq, offers a vibrant and rich cultural experience.

You will support the Commander Naval Surface Group Central (CNSG-C), the executive agent responsible for the readiness of four Mine Countermeasure (MCM) and LCS ships forward deployed in Bahrain.

Ideal Candidate Background:

Experience in Damage Control, working in an engine room, or being a technical assessor in ATG with warfare areas such as MOB-D (Damage Control) or MOB-E (Engineering) is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain CNO Availability and CMAV trend reports; analyze these and make improvement recommendations.

• Manage the project lead’s calendar and presentations for:

  • Engineering (MOB E) and Damage Control (MOB D) training sessions

  • Damage Control Material Assessment (DCMA)

  • Limited Training Teams (LTT) – Engineering & Damage Control

  • Critical/Non-Critical Engineering Program Management

  • NAVOSH Program

  • Gas Free Engineering

  • Damage Control Program

  • Maintenance and Material Management (3M)
