About the Job:

Load, unload, transfer, and receive warehouse items.

Transport materials across different facility locations.

Optimize and secure loads for safe and efficient operations.

Inspect equipment for damages and report maintenance requirements.

Operate and manage technical equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts.

Track simple inventory and maintain accurate item locations.

عن الوظيفة:

تحميل وتفريغ ونقل واستلام المواد في المخازن.

نقل المواد بين مواقع المنشآت المختلفة.

ترتيب وتأمين الأحمال لضمان العمليات الآمنة والفعّالة.

فحص المعدات للكشف عن أي أضرار والإبلاغ عن متطلبات الصيانة.

تشغيل وإدارة المعدات الفنية مثل الرافعات الشوكية ورافعات الوصول.
-
متابعة المخزون البسيط والحفاظ على المواقع الدقيقة للعناصر.
-
ترتيب وسحب العناصر وفقًا لسياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة.

About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy Associate to work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) on high-impact transformation and integration initiatives. This role is pivotal in designing governance frameworks, aligning teams, and supporting post-acquisition integration to enable our “One Company” vision.
Responsibilities

Support post-merger integration across teams, systems, and processes

Design and implement governance frameworks and operating models

Manage cross-functional, strategic projects and initiatives

Prepare executive-level presentations and updates
-
Facilitate alignment across business units and strategic priorities

Contribute to culture-building and organizational cohesion
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Required Skills
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate transformation roles
-
Proven exposure to M&A integration or cross-functional project delivery
-
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Familiarity with digital and emerging tech trends such as cloud and AI

المؤهلات

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الاستراتيجية أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال MBA)
المهارات المطلوبة

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الاستراتيجية أو الاستشارات أو أدوار التحول المؤسسي

خبرة مثبتة في دمج الشركات أو إدارة مشاريع متعددة الوظائف

مهارات قوية في التفكير الاستراتيجي والتنفيذ

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة

معرفة بالاتجاهات الرقمية والتقنيات الحديثة مثل الحوسبة السحابية والذكاء الاصطناعي
