• إعداد تقارير دورية عن الإنتاج والجودة والعمليات.

• التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق التقسية، الفرز، التسليم، والتوزيع.

About the Company:
City Glass in Manama is a leading company in glass manufacturing, providing advanced solutions in insulated and double-glazing glass production with high quality and international standards.

IGU Production Supervisor – Manama

Position Overview:
Do you have hands-on experience in Insulated Glass (IGU) production? Join our growing team and take charge of our Double Glazing department!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage IG & Silicone production lines (manual & robotic).

• Oversee key processes: Spacer & Desiccant filling, Butyl & Silicone application, IG machinery.

• Ensure smooth achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

• Maintain high-quality standards (EN 1279 compliance).

• Inspect and control quality of IG units before dispatch.

• Plan and schedule DG production activities to meet deadlines.

• Prepare regular reports on production, quality, and operations.

• Coordinate closely with Tempering, Sorting, Delivery & Dispatch teams.

Requirements:

• Strong background in IGU production & supervision.

• Knowledge of EN 1279 standards and quality control.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and reporting skills.
