يبحث الفريق عن مطور Full Stack متمرس يمتلك مجموعة واسعة وعميقة من المهارات التقنية، إلى جانب خبرة واسعة في تطوير البرمجيات. سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن تصميم واختبار وتنفيذ حلول برمجية مبتكرة ومحدثة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيقوم بدور قيادي من خلال توجيه وإرشاد المطورين المبتدئين طوال دورة تطوير البرمجيات، وتعزيز أفضل الممارسات ودفع نجاح الفريق. الاهتمام أو الخبرة في الذكاء الاصطناعي وتقنيات الأتمتة تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.

المسؤوليات

• قيادة تصميم وتطوير حلول برمجية قابلة للتوسع وعالية الجودة على مستوى الواجهة الأمامية والخلفية.

• كتابة أكواد نظيفة وقابلة للصيانة وفعالة على الجانبين العميل والخادم.

• التعاون مع فرق التطوير ومديري المنتجات وأصحاب المصلحة لتنفيذ حلول برمجية مبتكرة.

• تصميم أنظمة الواجهة الأمامية والخلفية مع التركيز على القابلية للتوسع والأمان والأداء.

• تطوير وصيانة قواعد البيانات، واجهات برمجة التطبيقات، والتطبيقات.

• حل المشكلات، وتصحيح الأخطاء، وتحسين أداء البرمجيات وموثوقيتها.

• تطبيق أفضل ممارسات الأمان وحماية البيانات.

• بناء ميزات وتطبيقات متجاوبة مع الأجهزة المحمولة باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة.

• إنشاء وصيانة الوثائق الفنية الشاملة.

• توجيه المطورين المبتدئين والمساهمة في أفضل الممارسات في البرمجة والاختبار والنشر.

• متابعة أحدث التقنيات، خاصة في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي، واستكشاف طرق دمج الأتمتة في حلول البرمجيات.

المتطلبات والمهارات

• خبرة مثبتة كمطور Full Stack أول أو في دور مشابه.

• خبرة في WordPress وبنية AWS التحتية.

• خبرة في تطوير التطبيقات على سطح المكتب والأجهزة المحمولة.

• إتقان لغات وأطر العمل الخاصة بالواجهة الأمامية مثل HTML، CSS، JavaScript، React، Angular أو Vue.js.

• خبرة في البرمجة الخلفية باستخدام PHP والعمل مع قواعد بيانات مثل MySQL، PostgreSQL، MongoDB، أو Firebase.

• الإلمام بـ RESTful APIs ودمج الخدمات الخارجية.

• فهم قوي للتحكم بالإصدارات (Git) واستراتيجيات النشر الحديثة.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality software solutions across front-end and back-end.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code on both client and server sides.

• Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to implement innovative software solutions.

• Architect client-side and server-side systems focusing on scalability, security, and performance.

• Develop and maintain databases, APIs, and applications.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software performance and reliability.

• Implement security and data protection best practices.

• Build mobile-responsive features and applications using modern technologies.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, especially AI, and explore integrating AI workflows and automation into software solutions.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or similar role.

• Experience with WordPress and AWS infrastructure.

• Demonstrable experience in desktop and mobile application development.

• Strong proficiency with front-end languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Backend expertise with PHP and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party service integration.

• Solid understanding of version control (Git) and modern deployment strategies.
