Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Executive with experience in selling concrete products. The role involves promoting and selling the following items to clients in the construction and contracting sector:

• Precast Products

• Post Tension Systems

• Washed Sand

• Crusher Products

Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and new business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
Promote the product range and offer technical information when required
Negotiate pricing, delivery, and terms of sale
Follow up on quotations and convert them into sales

Job Description:
· Ensure competitive pricing, on-time delivery, and quality of materials and parts.
· Source, select, and negotiate favorable purchase terms with suppliers, covering quality, price, delivery, and services.
· Identify and onboard new suppliers; negotiate contracts, discounts, and volume rebates.
· Manage both local and overseas deliveries, ensuring timely arrival at the site/store.
· Proactively analyze and recommend improvements to procurement activities, such as using quantity discounts and cooperative purchasing.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, visiting them as necessary.
· Coordinate with suppliers and end-user departments to resolve supply-related issues.
