VAM Systems is currently seeking a Computer Specialist for our Bahrain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in supporting hardware and software systems.

Educational Qualification & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.

• Certifications such as A+, MOUS, Network+, or MCDST are preferable.

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in the computer field.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills.

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing); Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide user support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

• Participate in the implementation of section projects.

• Analyze user technical requirements for hardware and software.

• Prepare computers with the latest operating systems, drivers, and necessary hardware settings.

• Develop and update hardware and software procedures.

• Test and evaluate new hardware and software functionalities and recommend the best solutions.

• Work using modern technologies and provide suggestions for development and improvement.

• Allocate unresolved incidents to appropriate departments within the organization.

• Provide training to users when necessary.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the Head of the User Support Group.

• Analyze incidents and problems to identify trends and potential areas for proactive problem reduction.

• Keep users informed about updates, known errors, new features, or IT-related changes affecting their work environment.

• Perform other duties as required.

• العمل بأساليب حديثة وتقنيات متطورة وتقديم مقترحات لتحسين وتطوير العمل.

• تخصيص الحوادث غير المحلولة للقسم المناسب داخل المنظمة.

• تقديم التدريب للمستخدمين عند الحاجة.

• تصعيد المشكلات التي لا يمكن حلها إلى رئيس فريق دعم المستخدمين.

• تحليل الحوادث والمشكلات للكشف عن الاتجاهات والمجالات المحتملة للتقليل منها بشكل استباقي.

• إعلام المستخدمين بالتحديثات، الأخطاء المعروفة، الميزات الجديدة، أو أي تغييرات متعلقة بتقنية المعلومات قد تؤثر على بيئة عملهم.

• أداء المهام الأخرى ذات الصلة عند الحاجة.
