Data Entry
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and organized. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as strong typing skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Input and update data into databases and files with high accuracy.
Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats.
Perform data collection tasks to ensure comprehensive records.
Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including generating reports and summaries.
Utilize Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Ensure the integrity of data by performing regular quality checks.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
Experience with databases and file management systems is preferred.
