Your Role: Senior Data Protection Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead client engagements in privacy governance, compliance readiness, and risk management, providing strategic advice and hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee privacy and data protection programs tailored to clients

• Conduct privacy gap assessments, PIAs, RoPA, DPIAs, and audits

• Monitor compliance and handle breach escalation

• Advise on global regulations such as PDPA, GDPR, CCPA

• Develop privacy policies, training, and documentation

• Drive implementation of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST frameworks

• Support incident response and data subject rights processes

• Conduct risk assessments and ISMS audits

• Collaborate with client teams on end-to-end privacy solutions

• Contribute to cybersecurity governance and policy development

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in data privacy, protection, or cybersecurity consulting

• Strong knowledge of PDPL, GDPR, CCPA, and related laws

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, 27701, NIST standards

• Relevant certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, ISO/IEC 27001 LA/LI preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent

• Professional certification or 2+ years practical experience in security fields

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• High ethical standards and no criminal convictions related to professional conduct

• تقديم المشورة بشأن اللوائح العالمية مثل PDPA، GDPR، CCPA

• تطوير السياسات والمواد التدريبية الخاصة بالخصوصية

• قيادة تطبيق معايير ISO 27001، 27701، NIST

• دعم خطط الاستجابة للحوادث وحقوق أصحاب البيانات

المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في استشارات الخصوصية أو الأمن السيبراني

• معرفة قوية بقوانين حماية البيانات المحلية والدولية

• إلمام بمعايير ISO وNIST

• شهادات مهنية مثل CIPP/E، CIPM، CIPT، أو ما يعادلها مفضل

• شهادة بكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو ما يعادلها

• شهادة مهنية أو خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الأمن

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء

• سمعة مهنية عالية وعدم وجود سوابق جنائية مرتبطة بالأمانة المهنية
