As a Senior Specialist, People Operations at Talabat, you will play a key role in driving people strategies that support business success. You will act as the crucial link between business teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs), delivering a full HR experience including talent management, rewards, performance, and compliance. This role involves leading employee experience initiatives, managing high-impact projects, and driving organizational transformation.

Manager Logistics Operations

📋 Job Description

This role focuses on managing the relationship between talabat Bahrain and its 3rd party logistics (3PL) partners.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and partially own strong relationships with all 3PL partners nationwide.

• Align talabat priorities with 3PL partner focus.

• Ensure sufficient data sharing for informed decision-making and performance improvements.

• Create appropriate incentives and penalties to improve rider performance.

• Ensure sufficient supply of operators to meet order demand.

• Act as the voice of 3PL partners to talabat by listening to challenges and collaborating with internal teams to find solutions.

• Ensure 3PL compliance with talabat rules and requirements.

📚 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in logistics.

• 5+ years experience in logistics or managing large workforces.

• Strong skills in Excel and data management.

• Proactive, adaptable, and open to challenging the status quo.

• Results-driven mindset committed to overcoming obstacles.

• Sell and allocate kitchen stalls based on partner business needs and market strategy.

• Manage the full partner onboarding process ensuring smooth transition and operational readiness.

• Negotiate and finalize commercial terms aligned with company value proposition.

Growth Enablement

• Lead launches of new kitchen markets by coordinating with construction, legal, operations, and marketing teams.

• Drive kitchen occupancy and order volume targets via sales planning and local execution.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to plan and run partner promotions, launch campaigns, and activations.

• Support restaurant partners post-onboarding to increase their order volumes and platform performance.
