Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive – Digital Media
Location: Bahrain

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with 5–7 years of experience in digital media or advertising sales. This role is pivotal to driving revenue growth and managing strategic client relationships, aligning with LocalBH’s rising influence across Bahrain and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue growth strategies focused on digital and social media advertising

• Identify, pitch, and close new deals with brands in sectors such as F&B, real estate, retail, hospitality, and automotive

• Manage and grow long-term client partnerships, including upselling and renewals

• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create campaigns aligned with client objectives

• Own the entire sales process: from prospecting and pitching to closing and post-campaign follow-up

• Lead RFP and proposal creation for large-scale campaigns and brand partnerships

• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and digital performance metrics

• Represent LocalBH in external meetings, industry events, and client engagements

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a performance-driven sales culture

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in business development, digital media sales, or advertising

• Existing network within Bahrain and/or the GCC is a strong plus

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branded content, and performance KPIs

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

• Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus

• Proficient in CRM software, proposal development, and reporting tools

• Must possess a valid Bahraini driving license and personal vehicle

نظرة عامة على الدور:

نبحث عن مدير تطوير أعمال أول يتمتع بالدافع العالي والخبرة المثبتة في مجال مبيعات الإعلانات أو الإعلام الرقمي، بخبرة تتراوح بين 5 إلى 7 سنوات. سيكون لهذا الدور تأثير كبير في دفع عجلة نمو الإيرادات وإدارة علاقات العملاء الاستراتيجية، بما يتماشى مع التوسع المتزايد لمنصة LocalBH في البحرين ومنطقة الخليج.

المهام الوظيفية:

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات نمو الإيرادات مع التركيز على الإعلانات الرقمية والإعلام الاجتماعي

• تحديد وإغلاق الصفقات مع علامات تجارية في قطاعات مثل الضيافة، العقارات، السيارات، التجزئة والمأكولات والمشروبات

• إدارة علاقات العملاء طويلة الأمد والعمل على تعزيزها وتقديم حلول إضافية

• التعاون مع فرق المحتوى والتسويق لتنفيذ حملات تلبي أهداف العملاء

• إدارة دورة المبيعات كاملة من البحث إلى التفاوض والإغلاق والمتابعة بعد الحملة

• قيادة إعداد المقترحات والعروض لحملات كبيرة وشراكات مع العلامات التجارية

• متابعة اتجاهات السوق ونشاط المنافسين ومؤشرات الأداء الرقمية

• تمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات الخارجية، الفعاليات والمعارض

• توجيه ومساندة أعضاء الفريق الجدد والإسهام في خلق ثقافة بيعية عالية الأداء

المتطلبات:

• خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال أو مبيعات الإعلانات، ويفضل في المجال الرقمي

• وجود شبكة علاقات قوية في البحرين و/أو دول الخليج يعتبر ميزة إضافية

• سجل مثبت في تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات

• فهم عميق في التسويق الرقمي، المحتوى الإعلاني، ومؤشرات الأداء

• مهارات تفاوض وعرض واتصال ممتازة

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة، وإجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية

• إجادة استخدام أدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء وإعداد التقارير والمقترحات

• يشترط وجود رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية ومركبة خاصة
