Role Summary:

You will lead initiatives related to indirect tax planning and compliance improvements, collaborating across global SHEIN entities on matters such as transfer pricing, restructuring, and the implementation of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and adapt to changes in indirect tax laws affecting the business

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support market expansions and reorganizations

• Manage tax authority communications and litigation

• Ensure compliance infrastructure and data quality

• Collaborate with legal, finance, and accounting on tax-impacting initiatives

• Coordinate with regional tax teams on international projects

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in indirect tax (industry experience required; Big 4 is a plus)

• Relevant tax/accounting qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven track record in multicultural and matrixed environments

• English fluency; Chinese is a plus

الهدف الاستراتيجي من الوظيفة:
قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ مبادرات التخطيط الضريبي غير المباشر وتحسين الامتثال، مع التعاون مع فرق الشركة في مختلف البلدان بشأن هيكلة المجموعة، تسعير التحويل، وتنفيذ المشاريع الجديدة.

المهام الرئيسية:

• متابعة التغيرات التشريعية والتنظيمية في الضرائب غير المباشرة وتأثيرها على أعمال SHEIN

• دعم توسعات السوق وإعادة الهيكلة بالتعاون مع الفرق المختلفة

• إدارة التواصل مع الجهات الضريبية وحل النزاعات بكفاءة

• ضمان وجود بنية امتثال قوية وجودة عالية للبيانات

• التعاون مع الأقسام المالية والقانونية والمحاسبية

• التنسيق مع الفرق الإقليمية في المشاريع الدولية

المتطلبات:

• أكثر من 10 سنوات خبرة في الضرائب غير المباشرة (خبرة في القطاع الصناعي ضرورية؛ خبرة في Big 4 تعتبر ميزة)

• مؤهلات مهنية في المحاسبة أو الضرائب

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على العمل ضمن فرق متعددة الجنسيات

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة الصينية تعتبر ميزة إضافية
