Job Title: Metrics and Data Analyst - LCS Maintenance Training

Location: Manama, Bahrain
Clearance: US Secret Clearance (verifiable in DISS)

About the Location:
The Kingdom of Bahrain offers a warm climate, beautiful Gulf waters, and year-round outdoor activities. Manama Souq is a cultural highlight known for its vibrant sights, sounds, and flavors.

About the Role:
You will support the Commander Naval Surface Group Central (CNSG-C), responsible for the readiness (man, train, equip) of 4 Mine Countermeasure (MCM) and Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) forward deployed in Bahrain.

Ideal Background:
Experience with Damage Control, engine room operations, or as an assessor at an ATG in warfare areas MOB-D (Damage Control) or MOB-E (Engineering) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CNO Availability and CMAV trend reports, analyze trends, and provide recommendations.

• Manage schedules and create presentations for various training and program management topics related to engineering and damage control.

• Report on ship status and training challenges; identify root causes and recommend improvements.

• Develop data sources and metrics to analyze root causes of CNO Availability extensions and growth, specifically for LCS Freedom Class.

• Generate PowerPoint presentations with analysis and recommended actions.

• Use metrics analysis to optimize forward staged LCS/MCM materials.

• Provide training and maintenance assessments for LCS Freedom Class.

• Participate in underway periods onboard LCS/MCM ships assigned to CNSG-C.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years as an Active-Duty US Navy Engineman on LCS, LPD, LHA, DDG, CG, FFG, MCM.

• Experience with LCS Freedom Class preferred.

• US Secret Clearance mandatory (verifiable in DISS).

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Access, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills:

• LCS Freedom Class experience.

• Emergency Management knowledge.
