💼 Role Summary

This is a full-time on-site position based in Manama, Bahrain.
The Occupational Therapist will:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs

• Work with clients of various ages and conditions

• Conduct assessments and therapy sessions

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

• Document client progress and outcomes

• Educate clients and their families

• Attend team meetings to ensure coordinated care

📋 Required Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

• Professional licensure and certifications

• Experience in Rehabilitation and Medical settings

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Background in working with pediatric clients and developmental conditions

• Ability to develop customized intervention plans

• Multidisciplinary team experience is an advantage

الوظيفة دوام كامل وتتطلب العمل في مقر المركز في المنامة – البحرين.
المهام الرئيسية:

• تقييم، تخطيط، وتنفيذ خطط علاجية فردية

• تقديم جلسات علاجية لمختلف الأعمار والحالات

• التعاون ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات

• توثيق التقدم العلاجي للحالات

• توعية وتثقيف الأسر

• حضور الاجتماعات التنسيقية لضمان التكامل في الرعاية

📋 المؤهلات المطلوبة

• شهادة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في العلاج الوظيفي أو مجال ذي صلة

• رخصة مزاولة المهنة والشهادات المهنية اللازمة

• خبرة في الطب التأهيلي

• مهارات تواصل فعّالة وقدرة على العمل مع فريق

• خبرة في التعامل مع الأطفال وحالات النمو المتنوعة

• مهارة في إعداد خطط علاجية مصممة حسب احتياجات كل حالة

• الخبرة السابقة ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات تعتبر ميزة إضافية
