Job Description:

- Expertise resolving complex issues / tickets.

- 10+ years' Huawei expertise

2. Customer Engineer
What We’re Looking For:
- Talented IT professionals with expertise in:
- Active Directory & Windows Server management
- Network infrastructure and support
- Exchange Server administration
- Dynamics 365 F&O implementation and support
- Languages:
- Fluency in one or more of the following is highly desirable:

3. Implementation Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Perform firmware and software upgrades across VxRail, PowerEdge, PowerStore, PowerScale, Power Protect, and Connectrix platforms
- Lead end-to-end execution of VxRail Bundle upgrades
- Conduct routine and ad hoc system health checks
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of infrastructure assets and their upgrade status
- Serve as the primary liaison to enterprise customers during upgrades, providing white-glove support throughout the process
- Develop and follow upgrade schedules, documentation, and rollback plans as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, optimize configurations, and maintain operational continuity
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Dell EMC technologies: VxRail, PowerEdge, PowerStore, PowerScale, Power Protect, and Connectrix
- Strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure and virtualization environments
- Experience executing code upgrades, firmware updates, and managing bundles with minimal disruption
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer engagement skills
- Comfortable navigating complex environments and guiding customers through technical operations
Desirable:
- Dell EMC certifications (e.g., VxRail Deployment, Implementation Engineer, etc.)
- Experience with automation or scripting for upgrades and system maintenance
4. CCIE Certified
What we’re looking for:
- Active CCIE certification (SP, R&S/Enterprise, DC, Security)
- Solid experience in network design, implementation, automation, or security architecture
- Expertise in technologies such as:
- IP/MPLS, BGP, VPNs, Segment Routing, ACI
