Job Description
Oasis Medical Center is looking for a compassionate and dedicated nurse to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will support patient care across multiple departments including general medicine, IV therapy, laboratory, and dental services, while also providing home-based nursing when needed.Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care: vital signs, medication administration, basic nursing procedures

Perform home visits: wound care, injections, IV therapy, and sample collection

Conduct blood withdrawal for lab testing with proper labeling and documentation

Assist physicians during consultations and minor procedures

Manage IV therapy safely and effectively

Maintain accurate and organized patient records

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care instructions
-
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols as per NHRA regulations
-
Collaborate with lab and dental teams to ensure smooth patient flow
-
Participate in triage and emergency care as required
Requirements
-
Valid nursing license in the Kingdom of Bahrain
-
Minimum 2 years clinical experience (clinic or hospital)
-
BLS certification (ACLS is an asset)
-
Skilled in blood withdrawal and phlebotomy
-
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
-
Patient-focused, professional, and well-organized

Capable of working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment

الوصف الوظيفي
يعلن مركز الواحة الطبي عن حاجته إلى ممرضة رحيمة وملتزمة للانضمام إلى فريقنا الطبي المتعدد التخصصات. تشمل مهام الممرضة تقديم الرعاية السريرية المباشرة والمساعدة في الإجراءات الطبية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم خدمات تمريضية منزلية حسب الحاجة في مجالات مثل الطب العام، العلاج الوريدي، المختبر، وطب الأسنان.
المهام الرئيسية

تقديم الرعاية المباشرة للمرضى: مراقبة العلامات الحيوية، إعطاء الأدوية، والإجراءات التمريضية الأساسية

تنفيذ زيارات منزلية: علاج الجروح، الحقن، العلاج الوريدي، وسحب العينات
-
سحب عينات الدم للمختبر مع الالتزام بالتسمية والتوثيق الدقيق
-
مساعدة الأطباء أثناء الاستشارات والإجراءات البسيطة
-
إدارة جلسات العلاج الوريدي وضمان السلامة
-
حفظ سجلات المرضى بشكل دقيق ومنظم
-
توعية المرضى وأسرهم بخطط العلاج والتعليمات بعد الرعاية
-
الالتزام بمعايير مكافحة العدوى والتعقيم وفق لوائح NHRA
-
التنسيق مع فرق المختبر وطب الأسنان لضمان انسيابية الخدمة
-
المشاركة في فرز المرضى والاستجابة للحالات الطارئة حسب الحاجة
المتطلبات
-
ترخيص تمريض ساري في مملكة البحرين
-
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في بيئة سريرية (عيادة أو مستشفى)
-
شهادة BLS (ويُفضل ACLS)
-
إجادة تقنيات سحب الدم
-
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (ويُفضل إتقان العربية)
-
احترافية وتنظيم عالي وتركيز على المريض
-
القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات وفي بيئة سريعة الوتيرة
