 Secure a Mission-Critical Role – Fuel Distribution Systems Operator at KBR Bahrain

About the Role:
KBR is seeking a Fuel Distribution Systems Operator to join our team supporting NSA Bahrain’s critical fuel operations. As part of a high-performance team, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining fuel distribution systems that support Navy boats, equipment, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor gasoline/diesel storage systems including tanks, valves, pumps, and pipelines

• Operate retail fuel dispensers and manage fuel distribution to Navy assets

• Conduct fuel quality control checks (API gravity, additives, etc.)

• Inspect tanks, pumps, filters, and related systems daily for safety and functionality

• Maintain inventory, reconcile fuel levels, and prepare accurate documentation

• Perform preventive maintenance on fuel terminals and equipment

• Respond to fuel spills in line with environmental and safety protocols

• Coordinate with logistics teams and drivers to ensure timely deliveries

• Maintain all operational logs, inspection reports, and incident documentation

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required

• Valid U.S. passport book (12+ months validity, 6+ blank visa pages)

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (6+ months validity)

• 2–5 years of experience in fuel operations preferred

• HAZWOPER-40 certification (or ability to obtain)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

عن الوظيفة:
تبحث شركة KBR عن مشغل نظام توزيع الوقود للعمل في قاعدة NSA البحرين. ستكون مسؤولًا عن تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة تخزين وتوزيع الوقود المستخدمة في دعم الزوارق والمركبات والمعدات التابعة للبحرية الأمريكية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تشغيل ومراقبة وصيانة أنظمة تخزين الوقود السائل (بنزين/ديزل)

• تشغيل مضخات الوقود وتوزيعه على القوارب والمعدات

• إجراء اختبارات جودة الوقود (مثل الجاذبية النوعية API ومحتوى الماء)

• التفتيش اليومي على الخزانات والصمامات والمضخات لضمان السلامة

• الحفاظ على مستويات دقيقة للمخزون ومتابعة الفروقات

• تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية لأنظمة الوقود والمعدات

• تطبيق خطط الاستجابة لحوادث تسرب الوقود وفقًا للوائح البيئية

• التنسيق مع سائقي الشاحنات والفرق اللوجستية لتوزيع الوقود

• إعداد وتقديم تقارير التشغيل والفحص والحوادث

المتطلبات:

• الجنسية الأمريكية شرط أساسي

• جواز سفر أمريكي ساري (لا يقل عن 12 شهر صلاحية و6 صفحات فارغة)

• رخصة قيادة أمريكية سارية لمدة لا تقل عن 6 أشهر

• خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في تشغيل أنظمة الوقود

• شهادة HAZWOPER-40 أو الاستعداد للحصول عليها

• مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة

• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة وضاغطة

1. Water Operations Expert Needed – ROWPU Manager for KBR in Bahrain

Job Summary:
KBR is hiring a ROWPU Manager (Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Unit) to lead water purification plant operations under the NSA BOSS Bahrain contract. This role involves oversight of Navy drinking water systems, managing operations and maintenance of water plants, ensuring compliance with US Navy quality standards, and supervising a team of water plant operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance of Navy Drinking Water Systems

• Supervise and make decisions on system operations and process control

• Implement Navy’s Overseas Drinking Water (ODW) quality standards

• Track and report compliance, sanitary surveys, and certifications

• Analyze utility usage trends and propose improvements

• Maintain water distribution system and preventative maintenance logs

• Oversee water sampling, lab tests, and quality assurance programs

• Ensure emergency availability and support operations 24/7

• Lead budgeting, life-cycle cost analysis, and commodity tracking

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required

• High school diploma + 8 years of experience in water purification (including 1–4 years supervisory)

• Experience in physics, chemistry, bacteriology as applied to water systems

• Familiarity with SCADA monitoring and laboratory procedures

• Must be on-call and able to respond to emergencies quickly

• Strong communication, organization, and MS Office proficiency

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to obtain NOCA Class 3 Treatment & Distribution certifications
