Lead Rope Access Projects – Supervisor Role with Hands-On Work

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Rope Access Supervisor cum Technician to join our team for high-rise and industrial maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on rope access experience and the ability to lead small teams while ensuring adherence to strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform rope access activities such as cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs on facades and industrial structures

• Supervise Level 1 and Level 2 rope access technicians during daily operations

• Lead safety briefings and ensure correct usage of PPE and equipment

• Support in rigging and anchor system setup

• Maintain detailed work logs and inspection documentation

• Coordinate closely with site managers and clients for smooth execution

• Participate in emergency response drills and rescue simulations

Requirements

• IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 Certification

• 2–3 years of experience in rope access work (cleaning, maintenance, or inspection)

• Excellent knowledge of rope access safety standards and protocols

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

• Physically fit with no fear of heights

• Good communication skills in English

• Valid driver’s license is preferred

عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مشرف وفني وصول بالحبال يتمتع بالمهارة والالتزام بمعايير السلامة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مشاريع الصيانة للمباني الشاهقة والمنشآت الصناعية. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة عملية قوية وقدرة على قيادة فرق صغيرة ميدانيًا مع الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات السلامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• تنفيذ مهام الوصول بالحبال مثل التنظيف، الفحص، والإصلاحات البسيطة على الواجهات والمنشآت الصناعية

• الإشراف على الفنيين من المستوى الأول والثاني أثناء العمليات اليومية

• تقديم توجيهات السلامة وضمان الاستخدام الصحيح لمعدات الوقاية والأدوات

• المساعدة في إعداد أنظمة الربط ونقاط التثبيت

• إعداد سجلات العمل اليومية وتقارير الفحص

• التنسيق مع مديري المواقع والعملاء لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

• المشاركة في تدريبات الطوارئ وعمليات الإنقاذ

المتطلبات

• شهادة IRATA من المستوى الثاني أو الثالث

• خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال الوصول بالحبال (تنظيف، صيانة، فحص)

• معرفة تامة بإجراءات ومعايير السلامة الخاصة بالوصول بالحبال

• قدرة على قيادة وتوجيه الفنيين الجدد

• لياقة بدنية عالية وعدم الخوف من العمل على الارتفاعات

• مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية

• رخصة قيادة سارية (يفضل)
