Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Bahrain

About the Role:
We’re hiring a talented and experienced Store Manager to join our retail operations in Bahrain. You’ll lead a dynamic store team, drive business performance, elevate customer experience, and ensure alignment with brand and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and optimize store KPIs (Average Transaction Value, Units Per Transaction, Conversion Rate).

• Manage daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, and team development.

• Ensure stock accuracy, loss prevention, and proper stock replenishment.

• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation in coordination with the VM team.

• Lead by example in delivering top-tier customer service.

• Maintain operational compliance, audit readiness, and cash management.

• Collaborate with logistics, HR, finance, and product teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail.

• Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills.

• Commercially driven with excellent understanding of retail metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

• Willing to relocate to Bahrain.

نحن نبحث عن مدير متجر موهوب وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى عملياتنا التجارية في البحرين. ستتولى قيادة فريق المتجر الديناميكي، وتحقيق أداء الأعمال، ورفع مستوى تجربة العملاء، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير العلامة التجارية والتشغيلية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتحسين مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمتجر (متوسط قيمة المعاملة، عدد الوحدات لكل معاملة، معدل التحويل).

• إدارة العمليات اليومية للمتجر، والموظفين، والجداول الزمنية، وتطوير الفريق.

• ضمان دقة المخزون، ومنع الفقد، وتجديد المخزون بشكل صحيح.

• الإشراف على العرض البصري وتنظيم المتجر بالتنسيق مع فريق العرض البصري.

• القيادة بالقدوة في تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة.

• الحفاظ على الامتثال التشغيلي، والاستعداد للتدقيق، وإدارة النقد.

• التعاون مع فرق اللوجستيات، الموارد البشرية، المالية، والمنتجات لضمان كفاءة العمليات.

المؤهلات:

• خبرة 3 سنوات أو أكثر كمدير متجر في قطاع الأزياء.

• مهارات قوية في القيادة، تطوير الفريق، وإدارة الأداء.

• دوافع تجارية وفهم ممتاز لمقاييس البيع بالتجزئة.

• شهادة بكالوريوس في الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة.

• الطلاقة في اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

• إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office وأنظمة نقاط البيع.

• الاستعداد للانتقال إلى البحرين.
