Role:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our retail team in Bahrain. If you have a love for perfumes and a flair for sales, this is your chance to shine with a respected brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally

• Understand customer preferences and recommend products accordingly

• Explain fragrance notes and usage for customer satisfaction

• Stay informed about promotions, new products, and brand offerings

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets

• Handle sales transactions via POS systems accurately

• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards

• Support stock replenishment and visual merchandising

• Foster long-term relationships with customers

• Handle inquiries and resolve basic concerns

Candidate Profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and people skills

• Retail or customer service certification is a plus

• Sales experience in cosmetics, beauty, or fragrance preferred

• Energetic, well-groomed, and enthusiastic about perfume products

• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Familiar with POS systems and basic math

• Multilingual candidates are preferred

• Passion for luxury and beauty trends

• History of achieving or surpassing sales goals

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• استقبال العملاء بأسلوب احترافي وودود

• فهم احتياجات العميل واقتراح العطر المناسب

• شرح مكونات وروائح العطور ومساعدتهم في الاختيار

• متابعة العروض والمنتجات الجديدة

• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة

• تنفيذ عمليات البيع بدقة عبر نظام نقاط البيع

• المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب الفرع

• المساعدة في تنظيم العروض وتعبئة المخزون

• بناء علاقات مستدامة مع العملاء

• الرد على استفسارات العملاء وحل المشكلات البسيطة

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها

• مهارات تواصل ولباقة عالية

• يفضل وجود شهادة في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء

• خبرة سابقة في مجال البيع بالتجزئة، ويفضل في العطور أو مستحضرات التجميل

• مظهر أنيق، طاقة إيجابية، وحماس للعطور

• القدرة على العمل في الإجازات ونهاية الأسبوع

• الإلمام بأنظمة نقاط البيع والحسابات الأساسية
