Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to support and enhance recruitment operations across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Egypt. This role focuses on the civil/construction, industrial transformation, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. The successful candidate will assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in sourcing top talent, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring full compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and Screening

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks

• Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and company fit

Team Management

• Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager

• Coordinate closely with local and regional TA and HR teams

• Support recruitment efforts in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Egypt

Interview Coordination

• Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders

• Ensure seamless candidate experience throughout the process

Candidate Management

• Build strong candidate relationships

• Negotiate offers and persuade candidates to join

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Align with country heads and hiring teams to understand recruitment needs

• Assist with onboarding coordination

Reporting & Compliance

• Share periodic recruitment updates with management

• Ensure all practices comply with local labor laws

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 7–10 years of experience in the GCC and Egypt

• Strong exposure to Civil, TIC, Oil & Gas, and Engineering industries

Skills & Tools:

• Strong knowledge of GCC job market

• Proficiency in using job portals, ATS, and HR analytics

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

ملخص الوظيفة:
نبحث عن مساعد مدير - اكتساب المواهب لدعم عمليات التوظيف في البحرين والسعودية والكويت ومصر، مع التركيز على قطاعات التشييد والبنية التحتية والتحول الصناعي والعقارات. سيكون مسؤولاً عن المساعدة في استقطاب المرشحين المميزين، وتنسيق المقابلات، وضمان التوافق مع قوانين العمل المحلية.

المهام الوظيفية

البحث والتصفية

• البحث عن المرشحين من خلال المنصات الإلكترونية ووسائل التواصل والشبكات المهنية

• مراجعة السير الذاتية واختيار الأنسب بناءً على متطلبات الوظيفة وثقافة الشركة

إدارة الفريق

• تحديث مدير التوظيف بشكل منتظم بحالة التوظيف الحالية والمستقبلية

• التنسيق المستمر مع فرق التوظيف والموارد البشرية المحلية والإقليمية

• دعم جهود التوظيف في البحرين، السعودية، الكويت، ومصر

تنسيق المقابلات

• تنظيم مواعيد المقابلات مع المدراء وأصحاب المصلحة

• ضمان تجربة مرنة وسلسة للمرشحين

إدارة المرشحين

• بناء علاقات قوية مع المتقدمين

• التفاوض معهم لإقناعهم بالانضمام للشركة

التعاون مع الأطراف المعنية

• التنسيق مع مدراء الفروع لفهم احتياجات التوظيف

• المساهمة في عملية الاندماج للموظفين الجدد

التقارير والامتثال

• تقديم تقارير دورية لإدارة التوظيف

• ضمان الالتزام الكامل بقوانين العمل المحلية

المؤهلات المطلوبة

التعليم:

• درجة بكالوريوس، ويفضل في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية

الخبرة:

• من 7 إلى 10 سنوات خبرة في السعودية، البحرين، الكويت، ومصر

• خبرة في قطاعات البناء، التفتيش والاختبار، النفط والغاز والهندسة

المهارات والمعرفة:

• فهم جيد لسوق العمل في دول الخليج

• مهارة عالية في استخدام بوابات التوظيف والأنظمة الإلكترونية (ATS)

• مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية
