Computer Specialist – Full-Time
Company: VAM Systems
Location: Bahrain

VAM Systems is currently looking for a Computer Specialist for our Bahrain operations with the following qualifications, responsibilities, and requirements.

Educational Qualification & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field

• Certifications in A+, MOUS, Network+, or MCDST are preferable

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in the computer field

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required

• Arabic fluency is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

• Participate in the implementation of departmental projects

• Analyze user requirements for hardware and software

• Prepare computers with the latest OS, drivers, and hardware settings

• Develop and update procedures for hardware and software

• Test and evaluate new hardware/software features and recommend solutions

• Suggest improvements and apply the latest technologies

• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team or supervisor

• Provide end-user training as needed

• Analyze incidents to identify trends and prevent future problems

• Keep users informed about updates, known issues, or changes in the IT environment

• Perform additional related duties as required

Preferred Nationality: Bahraini
Experience Range: Up to 4 years

تبحث شركة VAM Systems عن أخصائي حاسوب للانضمام إلى فريقها في البحرين، وفقًا للمتطلبات التالية:

المؤهلات العلمية والشهادات:

• درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في نظم المعلومات أو علوم الحاسوب أو هندسة الحاسوب أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة

• يفضل الحصول على شهادات مثل A+، MOUS، Network+، أو MCDST

الخبرة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الحاسوب بشكل متدرج

المهارات المطلوبة:

• مهارات تواصل جيدة

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وقراءة وكتابة) بشكل ممتاز

• يفضل إتقان اللغة العربية

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• دعم المستخدمين من خلال حل مشكلات الأجهزة والبرمجيات

• المشاركة في تنفيذ مشاريع القسم

• دراسة وتحليل متطلبات المستخدمين الفنية

• تجهيز الحواسيب بأحدث أنظمة التشغيل والتعريفات والإعدادات اللازمة

• تطوير وتحديث الإجراءات المتعلقة بالأجهزة والبرمجيات

• اختبار وتقييم الميزات الجديدة وتقديم التوصيات

• اقتراح التحسينات وتطبيق أحدث التقنيات

• تصعيد المشكلات غير المحلولة إلى القسم المناسب أو المشرف

• تقديم التدريب للمستخدمين عند الحاجة

• تحليل المشكلات لتحديد الأنماط واتخاذ إجراءات وقائية

• إبلاغ المستخدمين بالتحديثات أو التغييرات التي قد تؤثر على بيئة عملهم

• أداء أي مهام أخرى حسب الحاجة

الجنسية المفضلة: بحريني
عدد سنوات الخبرة: حتى 4 سنوات
