1. Experienced Site Engineer – Join Our Interior Fit-Out Team

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with expertise in fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and a solid network of suppliers and vendors. This role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring quality and timely project completion, and maintaining effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision and Execution – Oversee and manage all site activities to ensure smooth execution and compliance with project specifications.

2. BOQ Preparation and Cost Management – Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities and manage cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Supplier and Vendor Management – Coordinate with reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

4. Coordination and Collaboration – Work closely with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance – Monitor work progress and adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

6. Progress Tracking and Reporting – Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure timely project updates to management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out projects, with proven expertise in BOQ preparation and supplier management

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools

نبحث عن مهندس موقع نشيط وذو اهتمام بالتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا، بخبرة في مشاريع التشطيبات الداخلية (Fit-Out). يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة عملية في إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ) وعلاقات قوية مع الموردين والمقاولين. تشمل المهام إدارة العمليات في الموقع وضمان جودة وسرعة تنفيذ الأعمال مع الحفاظ على التواصل الفعال مع جميع الأطراف.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

1. الإشراف على الموقع والتنفيذ – متابعة الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال حسب المواصفات.

2. إعداد BOQ وإدارة التكاليف – إعداد جداول كميات دقيقة وإدارة تقديرات التكلفة خلال المشروع.

3. إدارة الموردين والمقاولين – التنسيق مع الموردين لضمان تسليم المواد والخدمات في الوقت المحدد.

4. التنسيق والتعاون – العمل مع فرق التصميم والمشتريات والإدارة لضمان تماشي العمل مع الخطة.

5. ضمان الجودة والامتثال – مراقبة تقدم العمل والالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة.

6. متابعة التقدم وإعداد التقارير – إعداد تقارير دورية عن سير المشروع ورفعها للإدارة.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية أو مجال ذو صلة

• الخبرة: 3 إلى 5 سنوات على الأقل في مشاريع التشطيب مع خبرة مثبتة في BOQ وإدارة الموردين

• المهارات التقنية:

  • إجادة AutoCAD وMS Office وأدوات إدارة المشاريع

  • فهم جيد لمواد البناء وتقنيات التشطيب الداخلي

  • الإلمام بالعقود وعمليات الشراء وإعداد الميزانية
