🎯 الدور الوظيفي:
الإشراف المباشر على أداء المنطقة المسندة مقابل الإمكانات المتاحة لدى العملاء والأهداف المحددة من قبل الشركة. يشترط معرفة عميقة بقطاع خدمات الطعام وخبرة إدارية في هذا المجال. إدارة أداء أعضاء الفريق عبر متابعة إنجازاتهم اليومية، تحديد الأهداف اليومية، وإدارة خطط الاتصال مع العملاء.

🎯 Role Overview:

4-5 years’ experience in the foodservice industry, including team management and multi-category experience.
