About the Job:

Jude Flowers is looking for a passionate and experienced Florist to join our growing team in Al Wadi Square, Riffa, Bahrain. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing all aspects of a busy flower and gift shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare floral arrangements for various occasions

• Manage daily flower/plant inventory and supply ordering

• Provide excellent customer service in-store and online

• Use POS system and handle transactions efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the shop

• Care for flowers and indoor plants

• Support delivery coordination and event setup

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in floral design and shop operations

• Solid knowledge of flowers, plants, and care techniques

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Familiar with retail operations and POS systems

• Detail-focused, reliable, and able to multitask

• Must currently be in Bahrain and ready for local transfer

• Valid Bahrain driving license is a plus

• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage

عن الوظيفة:
يبحث Jude Flowers عن منسق/منسقة زهور شغوف/ة وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في ساحة الوادي – الرفاع، البحرين. نبحث عن شخص مبدع، دقيق، وقادر على إدارة جميع جوانب محل الزهور والهدايا.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد وتنسيق الزهور للمناسبات المختلفة

• إدارة المخزون اليومي للزهور والنباتات وطلبات التوريد

• تقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة داخل المتجر وعبر الإنترنت

• استخدام نظام نقاط البيع وإتمام المعاملات بدقة

• الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المحل

• العناية بالنباتات الداخلية والزهور

• المساعدة في تنسيق التوصيلات والتجهيزات الخاصة

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 2–3 سنوات في تنسيق الزهور وإدارة المحلات

• معرفة جيدة بأنواع الزهور والنباتات وأساليب العناية بها

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وخدمة العملاء

• معرفة بأنظمة البيع بالتجزئة ونقاط البيع (POS)

• دقة، التزام، والقدرة على أداء مهام متعددة

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا حاليًا في البحرين وجاهزًا لنقل الكفالة المحلي

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية تُعد ميزة إضافية

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ضرورية، والعربية ميزة إضافية
