IT & Network Administrator – Independent, Full-Time Role
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Computer Network Administrator to take full responsibility for managing and maintaining the company’s entire IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will independently handle all IT tasks including network systems, servers, company emails, surveillance, and end-user support.Key Responsibilities:

Administer all network systems, routers, servers, switches, and internet services

Manage email domains, accounts, and user access
-
Set up and maintain CCTV, biometric, and access control systems
-
Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and antivirus checks
-
Provide support for software, hardware, printers, and user issues
-
Monitor systems, detect issues early, and implement proactive solutions

Maintain full IT documentation including asset logs and system configs
-
Work with vendors for hardware/software purchases, licensing, upgrades

Enforce cybersecurity protocols and internal IT policies

Continuously evaluate infrastructure efficiency and reliability
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science

3–5 years of proven independent IT management experience

Strong technical knowledge of Windows, networking, email, firewalls

Familiarity with CCTV and security system installation

Excellent troubleshooting and multitasking ability

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

QHSE Coordinator Needed – Full-Time Marine Operations
Summary:
Aljazeera Shipping is hiring a QHSE Officer to support its quality, health, safety, and environmental systems across vessels and marine logistics operations. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, safety enforcement, and documentation upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:

Enforce QHSE policies on vessels, yards, and sites

Support ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 implementation
-
Participate in site inspections, toolbox talks, and drills
-
Report and track non-conformities, incidents, and improvements
-
Assist in JSA, risk assessments, and PTW systems
-
Help in incident investigations and follow-ups
-
Promote safety awareness through signs, campaigns, and training
-
Ensure PPE and equipment availability
-
Maintain updated digital and paper records
-
Coordinate with clients, auditors, and government bodies
Qualifications:
-
Diploma/Bachelor’s in HSE, Marine Engineering, or related fields
-
NEBOSH IGC is mandatory
-
2–4 years’ QHSE experience in marine/offshore/industrial fields
-
Familiarity with IMO, ISM, ISPS, Bahrain HSE laws
-
Valid Bahrain light vehicle license
-
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
