📝 Job Overview:

• Understanding of insurance claims and processes
• Promote Body & Paint business and value-added services
• Familiarity with denting, painting, and estimate preparation
• Manage customer interactions and deliver high customer satisfaction
• Implement strategies to retain customers

🎓 Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree with an Automotive background

🧰 Experience:

• Minimum of 3–5 years in a similar role

🛠️ Required Skills:

• Excellent communication (in English & Arabic)
• Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Body Shop operations
• Familiarity with insurance claims and procedures
• Ability to prepare estimates and work with Surveyors
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue
• Promote Body Shop services effectively
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel / Word); additional computer skills are a plus

• المعرفة الأساسية بعمليات Body Shop
• المعرفة بمطالبات التأمين وإجراءاتها
• القدرة على إعداد التقديرات والعمل مع المساحين
• تحديد الفرص لزيادة الإيرادات
• تعزيز خدمات Body Shop بشكل فعال
• إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Excel / Word)؛ وتعتبر المهارات الإضافية في استخدام الكمبيوتر ميزة إضافية
