Our team is looking for a Principal Program Manager who will report to our Director, Program Management. This role is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Program managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently

• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

• Track project costs to meet budget

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

• Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

يبحث فريقنا عن مدير برنامج رئيسي (Principal Program Manager) للإبلاغ إلى مدير إدارة البرامج. يكون هذا الدور مسؤولًا عن تخطيط والإشراف على المشاريع لضمان اكتمالها في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية. يقوم مديرو البرامج بتخطيط وتخصيص موارد المشاريع، إعداد الميزانيات، متابعة التقدم، وإبقاء أصحاب المصلحة على اطلاع مستمر طوال العملية.

• متابعة تكاليف المشروع لضمان الالتزام بالميزانية

• تطوير وإدارة جدول زمني مفصل وخطة عمل للمشروع

• تقديم تحديثات مستمرة لأصحاب المصلحة حول الاستراتيجية، التعديلات، والتقدم المحرز
