Requirements:

• Certified in Massage Therapy or Spa Treatments

• 1–2 years’ experience in a luxury spa setting

• Skilled in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and other massage styles

• Passion for guest wellbeing and delivering high-end service

• Excellent communication and a calming presence

• Maintain guest confidentiality and professional discretion

• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Salary: BD200.000 - BD215.000 per month

Your Day to Day:

• Craft and serve a wide variety of specialty coffees, teas, and beverages with consistency.

• Engage warmly with guests and provide memorable service.

• Maintain cleanliness and elegance in the café, following hygiene and safety protocols.

• Ensure visually appealing presentation of drinks and counters.

• Build guest loyalty by remembering preferences and repeat orders.

• Handle daily operations such as inventory, cash handling, and restocking.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Barista in luxury cafés or hotels

• Knowledge in espresso extraction, manual brewing, and latte art

• Exceptional grooming, posture, and communication

• Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
