HR Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager to lead and support key HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company culture and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions.
Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to enhance new hire experience.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and grievance resolution.
