KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years experience in managing large-scale solar EPC or renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-megawatt solar projects from concept to commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• PMP certification is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with national and international codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, IS, NEC).

المؤهلات الرئيسية:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
• - خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في إدارة مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية أو الطاقة المتجددة واسعة النطاق.
• سجل حافل في تقديم مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية متعددة ميغاواط من المفهوم إلى التشغيل.
• معرفة قوية بمنهجيات وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
• تعتبر شهادة PMP ميزة قوية.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والقيادة.
• القدرة على التعامل مع مشاريع متعددة وأصحاب المصلحة في وقت واحد.
• كفاءة في برامج إدارة المشاريع مثل MS Project أو Primavera أو ما يعادلها.
