🛠️ Overall Role Purpose
-
Perform maintenance, repairs, modifications, and alterations to aircraft (owned/leased/operated).
-
Supervise licensed engineers and unlicensed mechanics.
-
Legally authorized to release aircraft back to service.
-
Maintain high technical reliability and safety.
🔧 Your Tasks Include:

Ensure maintenance is done to the highest standard and in compliance with regulations.
-
Communicate clearly between shifts for continuity and safety.
-
Requisition, inspect, and return aircraft parts properly.
-
Complete all maintenance documentation accurately.
-
Stay updated with regulations, bulletins, and directives.
-
Enforce safety procedures among staff; report hazards.
-
Maintain all ground equipment in safe condition.
-
Keep the maintenance area clean and organized.
-
Act on behalf of Supervisor or Manager when required.
-
Log technical data into the TRAX system; write shift reports.
-
Provide flying support and AOG recovery as needed.
-
Troubleshoot and analyze aircraft systems and engines.
-
Make safe, timely decisions under pressure.
-
Prioritize tasks based on fleet operations and ensure on-time serviceability.

🔧 المهام الأساسية:

التأكد من تنفيذ صيانة الطائرات وفقًا لأعلى المعايير واللوائح المعتمدة.
-
نقل المعلومات بدقة بين الورديات لضمان الاستمرارية والسلامة.
-
طلب وفحص وإعادة قطع الغيار والتأكد من إتمام الوثائق المطلوبة.
-
إكمال كافة المستندات المتعلقة بالصيانة بشكل صحيح.
-
متابعة آخر التعليمات واللوائح الفنية.
-
ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة، والإبلاغ عن أي مخاطر.
-
التأكد من جاهزية معدات الصيانة والدعم الأرضي.
-
الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم مناطق الصيانة.
-
القيام بمهام المشرف أو المدير عند الحاجة.
-
إدخال بيانات الطائرات في نظام TRAX وكتابة تقارير الورديات.
-
تقديم الدعم الفني للطائرات أثناء الطيران أو حالات الطوارئ.
-
تحليل وحل مشاكل الأنظمة والمحركات باستخدام المعرفة والخبرة العملية.
-
اتخاذ قرارات سريعة وآمنة بالتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى.
-
ترتيب أولويات العمل وفقًا لجدول الرحلات والتأكد من الجاهزية الفنية.
