This role will focus on the relationship of Talabat Bahrain with its 3rd party logistics partners.

🤝 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and build strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country.

• Ensure sufficient supply at all times to meet demand.

• Report to the Director of Logistics and manage a small team.

• Align Talabat’s priorities with the focus of 3PL partners.

• Share relevant data to enable informed decisions and performance improvements.

• Create appropriate incentives and penalties for 3rd parties to improve rider performance.

• Ensure enough operators are available to fulfill order demand.

• Act as the voice of 3rd party partners to Talabat by listening to challenges and collaborating with the internal team to find solutions.

As a Senior Specialist People Operations at Talabat, you will be central to driving people strategies that enable business success. Acting as the vital link between business teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs), you will provide a full-circle HR experience—from partnership and performance to rewards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• 360° HR Delivery: Provide end-to-end HR support covering talent management, total rewards, performance, and compliance with local labor laws.

• Be the Bridge: Serve as the main connection between business leaders and Centers of Excellence, translating business needs into actionable people strategies.

• Enhance Employee Experience: Lead initiatives that foster employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing across teams and functions.

• Project Management: Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional people projects such as office expansions, restructuring, policy standardization, and HRIS rollouts.
