الهدف من الوظيفة:

قيادة المؤسسة التعليمية بأسلوب إداري احترافي، والعمل على تطوير البرامج والخطط والاستراتيجيات بما يتوافق مع رؤية ورسالة المركز، وتعزيز جودة الخدمات المقدمة للأطفال.

الشروط والمؤهلات المطلوبة:

• أن يكون المتقدم بحريني الجنسية.

• يمتلك مهارات عالية في القيادة والتخطيط والمتابعة.

• حاصل على مؤهل جامعي تخصص تربية خاصة أو إدارة تربوية أو يفضل من لديه دراسات عليا.

• القدرة على الإشراف على الطواقم التربوية والعلاجية والعمل بروح الفريق.

• يمتلك خبرة إدارية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التربية الخاصة أو مؤسسات الدعم المبكر.

• إجادة التعامل مع الجهات الرسمية ووضع الخطط التنفيذية والإشراف على تطبيقها.

• لديه رؤية تطويرية واضحة وعمق معرفي في العمل مع ذوي الهمم.

Job Objective:

To lead the educational institution with a professional management style, and to work on developing programs, plans, and strategies in line with the center's vision and mission, and to enhance the quality of services provided to children.

Required Conditions and Qualifications:

• The applicant must be a Bahraini national.

• Possess high skills in leadership, planning, and follow-up.

• Hold a university degree in Special Education or Educational Administration, or preferably have postgraduate studies.

• Ability to supervise educational and therapeutic teams and work with a team spirit.

• Possess administrative experience of no less than 5 years in the field of Special Education or early intervention institutions.

• Proficient in dealing with official bodies, setting executive plans, and supervising their implementation.

• Have a clear developmental vision and deep knowledge in working with people of determination.
