Job Opportunity: Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in the commercial aviation markets and Ministry of Defense (MOD) sectors. This strategic role is key to accelerating our growth by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening key account relationships, and aligning sales performance with our long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in retrofit programs, cabin modification projects, and OEM channels within the commercial aviation market.

Implement strategic sales plans to grow our commercial aviation and MOD customer base.

Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, working closely with project management, engineering, and production teams.
