We have an immediate full-time opportunity for a driven Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Loan Processor & Closer who is eager to grow professionally.

Role Overview

The CRE Loan Processor & Closer works directly with the borrower’s loan representatives to collect borrower, guarantor, and property information needed for underwriting and closing. The role involves coordinating with third-party vendors to obtain reports and working with legal counsel for loan closing. Basic financial statement analysis and credit data entry are also part of the responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Collection of Borrower and Property Information (40%)

Provide excellent customer service to Business Development Officers (BDOs), borrowers, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
Work directly with loan representatives to obtain necessary borrower, guarantor, and property information.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for appraisal, environmental, title, credit, property condition assessment, engineering reports, and others as required.
Prepare and distribute correspondence related to the loan transaction.
Ensure timely receipt and review of required items to support efficient loan processing.

📋 Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with AVANA’s goals.
Oversee debt fund management, structuring, and optimize performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and institutional lenders to secure competitive financing.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple business units.
Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and understand Saudi Central Bank’s standards and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with the CEO to develop capital raising strategies from banks, credit lines, and institutional investors in the Middle East and USA.
Establish fund structures that comply with regulations and meet investor expectations.
