Job Vacancy: Accountant (Paints Manufacturing)

Job Description:

• Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes

• Prepare and implement accounting manuals with controls and procedures

• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions

• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost control

• Oversee inventory accounting and perform periodic physical asset verification

• Monitor bank balances and coordinate with banks on documentation

• Manage L/C and foreign exchange transactions

• Ensure timely booking of purchases, expenses, and payments

• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports

• Liaise with auditors and manage company insurance coverage

• Provide updated product pricing to sales department

• Manage accounts receivables and follow up on overdue accounts

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)

• Minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience, preferably focusing on cost accounting in a manufacturing company

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Vacancy: Production Operator - BAHRAINI

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow production guidelines, specifications, and instructions to achieve planned output at the workstation/machine

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to specific actions

• Operate and maintain machinery and product line equipment

• Monitor machine operation and identify concerns for correction or removal of faulty products

• Maintain minimum wastages throughout every step of the production process

• Finalize packaging of final goods for shipment

• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor

• Observe health and safety standards

• Report any issues to the Production Supervisor

• Perform other tasks as assigned

Working Requirements:

• Bahraini National

• Secondary School Certificate

• Communication and interpersonal skills – able to communicate and work well with a team

• Analytical ability – able to apply common knowledge to carry out simple instructions

• Attention to detail and ability to detect potential problems with equipment

• Physical dexterity & demands – regular standing, operating machinery, and handling raw materials

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

مطلوب وظيفة: مشغل إنتاج - بحريني

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• اتباع إرشادات الإنتاج والمواصفات والتعليمات لتحقيق المخرجات المخططة في محطة العمل/الآلة

• قياس، وزن، وخلط المواد الخام حسب الإجراءات المحددة

• تشغيل وصيانة المعدات وخطوط الإنتاج

• مراقبة عمل الآلات وتحديد المشكلات لإصلاحها أو استبعاد المنتجات المعيبة

• المحافظة على أقل هدر في كل خطوة من خطوات الإنتاج

• إتمام تعبئة المنتجات النهائية للشحن

• الحفاظ على نظافة محطة العمل وأرضية الإنتاج

• الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة

• الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات لمشرف الإنتاج

• أداء مهام أخرى حسب التكليف
