Job Description
Company: Leading ELV Solutions Provider – Bahrain
Position: BMS (Building Management System) Project Supervision/Execution Engineer
Location: Bahrain – On-Site
Industry: ELV / Smart Building Technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage installation of BMS & ELV systems at project sites

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for installation approvals and progress

• Oversee system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

• Monitor overall work progress and maintain project documentation

• Prepare technical documentation and project reports

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in BMS systems (Johnson Controls experience is a plus)

• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, ELV, and automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• PMP Certification (preferred)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ELV systems

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

الوصف الوظيفي
الشركة: مزود رائد لحلول ELV – البحرين
المسمى الوظيفي: مهندس إشراف وتنفيذ مشروع BMS (نظام إدارة المباني)
الموقع: البحرين – عمل ميداني
القطاع: تقنيات المباني الذكية / أنظمة ELV

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف على تركيب أنظمة BMS وELV في مواقع المشاريع

• التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والعملاء للحصول على الموافقات ومتابعة التقدم

• إدارة اختبار الأنظمة، والتكليف، وحل المشكلات الفنية

• متابعة تقدم العمل وتوثيق المشروع

• إعداد التقارير الفنية والوثائق الخاصة بالمشروع

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو الميكانيكية أو مجال مشابه

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أنظمة BMS (تعتبر خبرة Johnson Controls ميزة إضافية)

• فهم قوي لأنظمة التكييف، والكهرباء، وأنظمة ELV، وبروتوكولات الأتمتة (BACnet، Modbus، وغيرها)

المهارات والشهادات المفضلة:

• شهادة PMP (يفضل وجودها)

• إجادة AutoCAD وأنظمة ELV

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, Structured Cabling)

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for pricing and product details

• Assist in preparing both technical and commercial proposals

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in ELV estimation and tendering

• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and integration

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software

• Familiar with international standards and local regulations

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• تحليل الرسومات والمواصفات ومستندات المناقصات

• التنسيق مع الموردين للحصول على الأسعار والمواصفات الفنية

• المساهمة في إعداد العروض الفنية والتجارية

• التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والهندسة لضمان تلبية متطلبات العميل

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تقدير وتقديم مناقصات أنظمة ELV

• معرفة قوية بأنظمة ELV وطرق دمجها

المهارات والشهادات المفضلة:

• إجادة MS Excel وAutoCAD وبرامج التقدير

• الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية واللوائح المحلية
