This is a leadership role managing a small plant of about 100 employees.
The role includes oversight of:

Production operations

Material flow

Quality control

Key responsibilities:

Ensure production meets cost targets and delivery commitments

Maintain equipment and facilities in compliance with regulations

Prepare operational reports and suggest process improvements
