AECOM, a global infrastructure leader, invites qualified Quantity Surveyors to join our Bahrain team. Be part of a global organization delivering innovative and sustainable projects that positively impact communities worldwide.
Role & Responsibilities:
-
Prepare measurements for building works for Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and cost estimates.
-
Prepare and maintain Bills of Quantities.
-
Assist in implementing and monitoring cost control procedures during pre- and post-contract phases.
-
Evaluate variations and update cost reports accordingly.
-
Assist in preparing payment recommendations to contractors.
-
Support preparation, pricing, and negotiation of change orders with contractors.
-
Conduct market rate tests and analyze tender returns for database input.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience.
-
Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited, internationally recognized institution.
-
Working towards MRICS or equivalent accreditation preferred.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

إعداد قياسات الأعمال الإنشائية لإدخالها في جداول الكميات وتقديرات التكاليف.
-
إعداد وصيانة جداول الكميات.
-
المساعدة في تنفيذ ومتابعة إجراءات مراقبة التكاليف خلال مراحل ما قبل وبعد العقود.
-
تقييم التغييرات وتحديث تقارير التكاليف.
-
المساعدة في إعداد توصيات الدفع للمقاولين.
-
دعم إعداد وتسعير والتفاوض على طلبات التغيير مع المقاولين.
-
إجراء اختبارات أسعار السوق وتحليل العروض لتحديث قاعدة البيانات الداخلية.
المؤهلات:
-
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين بعد التخرج.
-
شهادة بكالوريوس في مسح الكميات و/أو الهندسة (أو ما يعادلها) من مؤسسة معترف بها دولياً.
-
يُفضل العمل نحو الحصول على شهادة MRICS أو ما يعادلها.
